Purchased 7 lights, intallation after set-up was OK. after 2 weeks, 1 light is out. it is the dead of winter now, may be awhile before we can get back up to the top of the pole to replaced. However, these lights are bright, color is great, just like being in the sun at midnight.

I'm a professional installer and used 22 of these for a parking lot.The good:Bright lightPhoto cell works well, calibrated correctlyEasy to installLong cord, plenty of length to wireThe bad:1 out of 22 was DOA1 of the mounting screws were strippedQuality control is questionable, pink and purple wires were only sometimes cappedThe prismatic lens is a bad designBad yellow color initially, see comments belowNo installation tools providedSome other thoughts:Make sure you buy a set of large metric hex allen tools. Preferably impact drill bits.DO NOT short out the pink and purple. Those wires must be kept insulated from each other or the light will go to 10% brightness.The prismatic lens design is awful. If you can see in my picture it creates a magnifying effect of the LED chip which causes the light to appear yellow at a low oblique angle. My solution was to use a wire brush on a drill to add a frosted finish to the lens. This was very successful in blending the color and giving the light output a softer glow.

It turning off in 10 sec itself in evening because of dusk to down sensors, you have to wait really dark night, if you don’t like it you can remove it or cover with duck tape.
We had an electrician run 230v to the breaker on its own switch. The unit never cooled this summer. Purchased from Amazon order #111-9742206-3214634. Just had a HVAC technician check for possible refrigerant leak and he determined that (a) there was a leak and (b) the compressor was seized. I would like to have a replacement compressor unit sent but not sure where to request that.
their "support" phone number has a recording that says they are unable to take calls. To send a TEXT to the number. I have been trying to get this bike put together for my grand daughter and the brakes are not working nor do I understand how to attach them, they are different than any other brakes I have seen. VERY frustrated that NO ONE can help me from this company. What a waste of $$.
