The first grill we ordered did not even work. Customer service kindly sent us a replacement grill. We have used the grill at the most 8 times in the past 3 months, now the replacement grill is not working. We purchased a replacement regulator thinking that might be the problem. Still not working. Hopefully, manufacturer can help up trouble shoot what might be the problem/

I wasn't sure what to expect because it's not a Black Stone, was a little worried it may be a cheap knock off, but I was surprised, it's much better than the old Black Stone I had, couldn't be happier. The cooking surface actually fastens to the unit and the grease tray is internal VS external on the Black Stone. It seems to be hotter on the high setting VS the Black Stone which is a positive to me.

The grill is Stainless steel, well packaged (though did arrive with a very small dent in the lid that could be pressed out), heats well, 2 burners, mostly quality look about it, though it is held together in places with only a couple of small spots welds. Long term durability is yet to be determined.
Was impressed by their customer service quickly addressing an issue with inaccurate dimensions (since corrected) in an acceptable way.

Plenty of grill space and is made very well. Much better than that cheap no grill area common grills. Very very happy with this purchase.

The size is idea to cook multiple food items to create an entire meal all on the grill. I also own a Weber q1200. I haven't had the Hykolity long enough to say it's as good, but first impressions are that with 2 burners, it's a great value. Heats up quickly and cooks fairly evenly.

My patio was too small to accommodate the large Charbroil gas grill. We usually grill 2-3 steaks or portions which made the larger grill a waste of gas n took much time. - Decided for this one which fits perfectly atop the smoker so occupies small space but works fantastically! No grills which means one can cook fish without fear of it falling thru cracks. lol -- All in all, it heats up quickly, maintains temp and cleans super easy (I lined the grease bin w foil) - I might even try it more often :-) - I had to order a cover so it stays 'pretty' outside. Very happy with purchase!!!

Nice high quality grill, easy to set, easy to pack away.

This is an upgrade to a grill that lasted two years and served me well. The Hykolity is SS and it looks fantastic on our deck table. It has folding legs, two separate burners (great for vegetables or veggie patties), a drip tray, side locks for transport and even a top mounted thermometer. Used it once, no complains, but I
have not tried the electronic igniter yet, which by the way, even if it fails I don't care much about it. Great buy indeed. Update, the mechanical igniter works perfectly, great addition.
