I bought two sets of these lights to illuminate a set of stairs, a path, and fire pit. They're very well made, strong steel and nice bright lights. They arrived in bullet-proof packaging. The wire connectors that come already installed on each light are easy to use and allow lot of flexibility in where to place the lights. I purchased a couple of Dewenwells 60 watt transformers and Woods low voltage cable for the two circuits. Very pleased with the results, and can highly reccomend.

These lights are beautiful when installed with a nice amount of light, however we have already had one light break and another light burn out. Customer service is horrible and wants you to return all 4 in order to replace 1.

Very pleased with decision after much research and reviews. Arrived quickly. Very solid and heavy duty construction. Did need to buy other accessories to complete the install. Very easy to assemble and install. Looks better than expected. Ended up ordering another set (just mushroom lights) to complete the front yard. Only negative is if you decided to add more than what's in the set, they do not sell individual lights. Have to buy another set.
I love this fan! The air circulation is fantastic & really helps keep a room comfortable. Unfortunately, my blade broke recently & I couldn’t find a replacement. I reached out to customer service to purchase a new blade, but they messaged back that they would send me a new one, at no cost. Imagine my surprise when a whole new fan showed up! Fantastic customer service. 10/10
I bought this bike for my daughter for Easter- one tire arrived flat, no bid deal...put air in it and it doesn't hold air. Emailed customer service and they won't help since the purchase was made through Target and they won't honor their warranty- even though Hykolity shipped it directly to my home. Buyer beware the lack of service you'll receive after getting a subpar item.
Our right bike pedal did not screw in properly, seemed like a bent bolt. It could have been damaged before or after use. Either way, we called and we received a quick response and helpful resolution to the issue. Thank you!
I had it for a month and bumped into it in the middle of the night and the blade broke! I have emailed them trying to get a replacement blade and they continue to ignore me!
I have not found the type or volume of snow that this piece of garbage can handle. Every time I try to use it I have to abandon and shovel by hand. It has no horsepower. I would get better results if I strapped a plow to a remote control car. Please avoid this.
I don’t even want to give it one star. Worked for less than 3 months. Company asked me to send a video of the problem and would refund my money. Sent the video and they said it was normal wear and tear and would not refund the $. I complained and they agreed to refund half the cost. They never sent a dime. Don’t buy this!
We had an electrician run 230v to the breaker on its own switch. The unit never cooled this summer. Purchased from Amazon order #111-9742206-3214634. Just had a HVAC technician check for possible refrigerant leak and he determined that (a) there was a leak and (b) the compressor was seized. I would like to have a replacement compressor unit sent but not sure where to request that.
