Am writing this beacuse I was skeptical/paucity of research. But it is great.I have an oversize 2 car garage - can park 2 Suburbans and have plenty of room. It has 3 overhead old school light ballasts - each ballast holds four 48" flourescent tubes. The ballasts were fried.I found this product off garage transformed website - someone had done the research for me! I bought 2 quantity. Each box contains four 48" LED lights. You can double them up, you can make a square configuration, etc etc.Ordereing was a little weird, $40 coupon off each but didn't stack. So did separate orders.Shipping was great - got FedEx notice within 24hrs, they showed up in 3-5 biz days.Electrician did install, no idea how hard - but he was in and out in 2 hours or so. Took down 3 old ballasts, and installed the box.WAY WAY brighter, clean light, simple look.

Lights are awesome for my garage. I've never had such quality lighting like this before. Installation was easy but took a little time to line things up and do it right. If I could change anything it would be to make the strips slightly wider to totally cover the size of an outlet box. An outlet cover works well enough but it would make them absolutely perfect. All lights arrived intact minus one diffuser cover that needed to be slipped back on. They all work perfectly and the hanging/chain feature make installation so much easier. I did everything with a ladder and nothing else to assist hanging them. It took a few trips up and down the ladder for each one but quickly I had a routine where I could install one in about 20 min. I ended up getting 8 of the 4 footers which was more than enough for amazing lighting. Please note that this particular light cannot use a dimmer. I think the 5k is very pleasing to the eye and makes everything easy to see. I would highly recommend for a garage or other space where lighting is needed.

These fixtures are great. I had purchased 10 of these fixtures for my business. I did have an issue with one of them burning out in 5 months- things happen. I contacted the manufacturer and had a quick, problem free replacement in days. I’m very impressed that they stand behind their product.

bright and compact

These lights were installed in a dark shed. They are very bright. Now we can see things that we didn't notice before installing. They are much lighter than the old lights that were there. Very happy with these lights.

The lights were delivered as ordered. The 5000k brightness is excellent for shop lighting. I wouldn't hesitate ordering the same light for future projects.

Bright and seems to be well constructed. Will have to wait and see on the longevity of the light. May be looking to get more if they last.

2 sets of these lights do a great job of lighting up a 1500 sqft area.

I installed six of these in a large shop. Each replaced a double-tube fluorescent lamp. The LED lights are much brighter and yet use less than half the power of the old tube lights. Amazing!The installation is easy - once you figure out that you can lift the half-length panels carrying the LEDs out of the housing. You need to remove the acrylic screen for that, which is reasonably easy (start prying carefully at one end and work along one side until it pops off).I don’t use the low-voltage dimming capability, so pulled those control wires into the housing.

The clips for hanging lights are not the best but overall I would buy the lights again if the need arises.
