Trying to udjust manually then the blade touched the frame and it broke. I cant even find where to buy a fan blade replacement.
Our right bike pedal did not screw in properly, seemed like a bent bolt. It could have been damaged before or after use. Either way, we called and we received a quick response and helpful resolution to the issue. Thank you!
I had it for a month and bumped into it in the middle of the night and the blade broke! I have emailed them trying to get a replacement blade and they continue to ignore me!
I have not found the type or volume of snow that this piece of garbage can handle. Every time I try to use it I have to abandon and shovel by hand. It has no horsepower. I would get better results if I strapped a plow to a remote control car. Please avoid this.

I don’t even want to give it one star. Worked for less than 3 months. Company asked me to send a video of the problem and would refund my money. Sent the video and they said it was normal wear and tear and would not refund the $. I complained and they agreed to refund half the cost. They never sent a dime. Don’t buy this!
We had an electrician run 230v to the breaker on its own switch. The unit never cooled this summer. Purchased from Amazon order #111-9742206-3214634. Just had a HVAC technician check for possible refrigerant leak and he determined that (a) there was a leak and (b) the compressor was seized. I would like to have a replacement compressor unit sent but not sure where to request that.
their "support" phone number has a recording that says they are unable to take calls. To send a TEXT to the number. I have been trying to get this bike put together for my grand daughter and the brakes are not working nor do I understand how to attach them, they are different than any other brakes I have seen. VERY frustrated that NO ONE can help me from this company. What a waste of $$.
Front tire is nylon not rubber so its slick on smooth surfaces and it's alittle warped
And the gears don't switch smoothly maybe after some use it will.
Shipping was fast the bike looks good and was easy to put together the suspension and comfort of ride is nice. Worth the price.
